Through being cured in the heat chamber, the antioxidants of the black garlic doubles the amount found in normal garlic. This shelf-stable product is suitable for cooking and snacking. Unlike regular garlic, black garlic is sweet and mild like balsamic vinegar or tamarind. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and savory palates.
